Transcription: Towns are graphically stunning, especially when zoomed in up close. The graphics on these buildings are certainly a treat, and are better than those in any city building game I've seen to date. The problem is that these pretty pictures are mostly just eye candy. There's no detailed functionality behind all that visual detail. If you're hoping for a game that mixes strategy with detailed city building, as in Caesar 2, you won't find it here.
